Going it alone is never as easy as going through it with someone who helps us to feel stronger, more capable, and ultimately encouraged. If you're struggling alone, find someone to partner with - it doesn't mean a romantic partner, a life partner, or even a long-term relationship. Find someone who can go through something with you, right now, to encourage you and strengthen you. In those areas you lack strength, find someone who has it. If you have strength, offer it to another who doesn't. Mutually beneficial support, stability, and energy can make the difference between standing still, giving up, or pushing yourself over the mountain to see the beautiful view ahead.
