There may be phases in life where you feel like you're drowning, treading water but just barely staying afloat, overwhelmed by an inability to see your way out, with fear constantly beneath you day after day. It's during these phases that you need to reach out and cling to whatever, or whoever, is the closest, to help get you to solid ground. Letting pride or embarrassment get in the way will only make things worse. Be smart enough to know when you need someone else to give you a little bit of a reprieve, and to help you to a good place, so that you can carry on with strength and stability.
